    This year’s Phillips County News Easter Coloring Contest was another success with over 40 entries coming in from children aged 3-to-14. While the PCN staff had a tough time picking winners during the contest judging on Friday morning, after much deliberation the entries where narrowed down to nine contestants who earned a cash prize ranging from $15-to-$5.
