    The Malta City Council met for their bi-weekly meeting last Tuesday and items up for discussion included concerns about foul-smelling water from residents on social media and more problems with cardboard collection in town.     Though much of the weather data for February in Malta is still pending, the town of Saco's winter has been one for the record books and when the rest of the data is tabulated, there will probably be some records set for the rest of Phillips County as well.
