    Each year for at least the past 15, the 4-H Horse Show at the Milk River Pavilion in Malta has been the unofficial start of the Phillips County Fair.     On Tuesday, July 26 the Malta Co-ed Softball League held its second week of its four week season. On that day Anderson/Yeadon took down Young's Floor Covering 9-6 and Judd/Thompson defeated Malta Recreation 12-4. The R & G Feeders had a bye week.     Some 400-rubber ducks meandered down Malta's stretch of the irrigation canal on Saturday afternoon as this year's DinoDuck Race came off without a hitch.     Carson and Kayla Ottinger were a couple of the few kids that traveled ninety miles west to Havre in order to participate in an NFL Play 60 Camp hosted by Chicago Bears wide receiver and former Havre High standout Marc Mariani.
