    Malta's Marian Hills Golf Course was host to the 2016 Ryder Cup Saturday, August 20. In the nineteenth game of the event that features golf teams from both Malta and Glasgow, Malta was victorious outscoring Glasgow 30-12, with six matches ending in a tie. Last Saturday's victory means that Malta will hold onto the Ryder Cup Trophy for the third year in a row after winning the cup in 2014 in Malta and tying in Glasgow last year.     The Hitchin Post Pounders pounded their way to the 2016 Malta Coed Softball League Championship, posting the league's lone undefeated record with some solid defense, excellent base running and strong hitting.     Cousins Adessa Judd and Kayla Judd have only been in Malta for a couple of years but the duo has combined their love for tumbling and dancing to form Shining Stars Dancing and Tumbling (SSDT).
