P.E.O. awards $500 to McMahon for college trip

Montana P.E.O. Chapter awarded Malta High School Senior Catherine McMahon $500 for travel expenses to visit Cottey College in Nevada, Missouri. Malta P.E.O. Chapter sponsored Catherine for this award. She visited Cottey last weekend and plans to attend next fall. She found professors helpful and very knowledgeable and the students to be friendly and outgoing. Because of the small enrollment, students are encouraged to be diversified in academics and extracurricular activities.
