October 22, 14

11:44 a.m. Lake Wind Advisory in effect until 6pm this afternoon.

2:27 p.m. Undersheriff transported one adult male, Nicholas Fielding, from Valley Co Detention Center back to PCSO Jail for release on time served.

5:32 p.m. Lake Wind Advisory is canceled.

6:56 p.m. Female requested law enforcement assistance with an on-going civil dispute with neighbors; Deputy handled the call.

7:59 p.m. Male requested a welfare check on his wife at a Nelson Reservoir cabin; Deputy responded to the location; all found to be okay, phone was not working correctly.

October 23, 14

12:46 a.m. Reserve Deputy performed security checks on several businesses and buildings around the Malta area.

9:12 a.m. Male reported a train blocking the Stine’s crossing and trucks were getting backed up; information passed onto BNSF Police; train had lost air and should be removed in a little while.

12:30 p.m. Male reported a block of wood in the northbound driving lane of Central Ave, near the downtown area; Deputy responded to the call and removed the block.

1:05 p.m. 911 received requesting an ambulance for a female having trouble breathing; local EMT Crew responded to the call; patient transported to the hospital.

2:37 p.m. Lake Wind Advisory in effect from 10am to 6pm Friday.

3:20 p.m. PC Hospital requested an ambulance for a flight crew pickup from the airport, transport to the hospital and back to the airport with their patient; local EMT Crew handled the call.

6:06 p.m. Female reported a situation involving one of her cows; Reserve Deputy and local Fish & Game Warden handled the call.

11:25 p.m. Lake Wind Advisory remains in effect from 10am to 6pm Friday.

October 24, 14

12:30 a.m. Reserve Deputy performed security checks on businesses and buildings in the Saco area.

1:00 a.m. Deputy performed security checks on businesses and buildings in the Malta area.

3:14 a.m. Lake Wind Advisory remains in effect from 10am until 6pm.

7:57 a.m. Female reported a missing purse; purse later located by the owner.

9:39 a.m. Montana Dept of Transportation employee reported property on Hwy 2, west of Dodson; Deputy responded to the location; property removed from the location and brought to PCSO.

9:52 a.m. Male requested law enforcement assistance with a situation involving leased property; Deputy handled the call.

2:06 p.m. Lake Wind Advisory remains in effect until 6pm.

2:34 p.m. Female reported an unwanted male on her property in the Landusky area; Deputy handled the call.

4:29 p.m. 911 received reporting a semi truck had hit the mirror of the caller’s semi truck and broke it off; vehicles were both traveling on Hwy 191 north; Deputy responded to the call; case file started.

5:25 p.m. Lake Wind Advisory is canceled.

5:30 p.m. Female reported damage to a vehicle; Deputy responded to the location; case file started.

8:44 p.m. Female reported a suspicious vehicle on their property; Deputies responded to the area; no vehicles located matching the reported description.

October 31, 14

11:00 p.m. Deputy reported finding egg remnants on residential streets, near the Grade School, and egged vehicles at different ends of Malta; case file started.

November 1, 14

7:57am Female given a fuel voucher.

12:38 p.m. Local Ambulance reported to the football field for the playoff game vs. Roundup.

3:12 p.m. Male reported an intoxicated male near the post office; Deputy responded to the call; all found to be okay, was an elderly male and he was not intoxicated.

3:28 p.m. Juvenile requested law enforcement assistance with an “urgent” situation; Deputy handled the call.

5:57 p.m. 911 received reporting an ATV accident near Lodgepole; call

transferred to Ft Belknap LE.

7:05 p.m. Female reported individuals possibly spotlighting on her property west of Malta; Undersheriff, Reserve Deputy and local Fish & Game Warden responded to the call; Warden handled the call.

9:57 p.m. 911 received requesting assistance for a male hunting north of Fourchette, who may have broken his back; Fish & Game Warden and local EMT Crew responded to the call; patient transported to the hospital.

November 2, 14

1:22 a.m. 911 received reporting a male crying in the hotel room next to the caller; Deputy and Reserve Deputy responded to the call; all found to be okay, was individuals outside of the bar, not in a hotel room.

3:52 a.m. Lake Wind Advisory in effect from 11 a.m. today until 5pm Monday.

10:07 a.m. An alarm company reported a commercial burglar alarm sounding at the MT Army National Guard Armory; all found to be okay.

11:45 a.m. Male reported a situation involving a juvenile on a residential street; Undersheriff handled the call.

1:50 p.m. Female reported a fender/bender that occurred the night before; Undersheriff responded to the call; case file started.

2:02 p.m. Lake Wind Advisory remains in effect until 5pm Monday.

6:55 p.m. 911 received reporting a male walking north on Hwy 191 south near the DY Junction; caller just about hit the male; Deputy responded to the call; male not located.

7:41 p.m. Female reported “people stealing scarecrows” in the downtown area; Deputy responded to the location; reported vehicle not located anywhere in Malta or on outskirts of town.

8:05 p.m. Male reported an erratic westbound vehicle on Hwy 2; Deputy responded to the call; vehicle located and citation issued.

November 3, 14

3:11 a.m. Lake Wind Advisory remains in effect until 5pm tonight.

7:57 a.m. Female reported her email was hacked.

10:36 a.m. Male reported a lost cell phone.

1:05 p.m. Lake Wind Advisory is canceled.

5:43 p.m. 911 received reporting a runaway juvenile from a Dodson residence; Deputy responded to the call; juvenile located along Hwy 2, by a local Border Patrol Agent; case file started; juvenile transported to Malta and stayed with another family for the night.

November 4, 14

6:10am Female reported a missing hunter in the Larb Hills area; Undersheriff, local Fish & Game Warden and CMR Officer responded to the call; male later located, was okay, and his vehicle was very stuck.

2:15 p.m. Lake Wind Advisory in effect from 8pm tonight until 6pm Wednesday.

9:33 p.m. Deputy reported a vehicle’s alarm sounding outside of a local tavern; bartender notified and owner located.

11:52 p.m. Local MHP Trooper responded to the Glasgow area for a one vehicle rollover.

November 5, 14

4:10am Lake Wind Advisory remains in effect until 6pm tonight.

7:45 a.m. Elderly female reported her dog had been killed; Deputy handled the call.

8:18 a.m. Female reported a theft of checks from the Dodson area; Deputy responded to the call; case file started.

12:51 p.m. 911 received reporting a vehicle accident near Hays; call transferred to Ft Belknap LE.

1:48 p.m. Female reported a large, unfriendly dog at her residence off Short Oil Road; Undersheriff responded to the call; owner located and dog was okay.

4:42 p.m. 911 received reporting a mountain lion on the golf course; local Fish & Game Warden and Undersheriff responded to the call; cat not located.

4:42 p.m. Lake Wind Advisory is canceled.

4:56 p.m. Female reported 3 juveniles throwing rocks at the bathroom in Riverside Park; Undersheriff responded to the call; juveniles located and parents contacted; no damage to the building or windows.

11:24 p.m. Local MHP Trooper requested Deputy assistance with a traffic stop near the overpass on Hwy 2; Deputies responded to the call; case file started.

November 6, 14

12:03 a.m. Local MHP Trooper transported one adult male, William Joseph Godinez, to PCSO to be incarcerated on Driving While Suspended and Reckless Driving charges; male later released on bond paid.

3:39 a.m. Lake Wind Advisory in effect from 2 a.m. to 7pm Friday.

10:42 a.m. Male reported another male walking down Hwy 2, west of Malta, without appropriate clothing; Reserve Deputy responded to the call; male not located.

12:24 p.m. Female reported a stalled vehicle in the underpass; Reserve Deputy responded to the call; vehicle later removed from the location.

11:30 a.m. Deputies arrested Robert Bear III on Forgery and Theft by Common Scheme-Felony charges; male later transported to Valley Co Detention Center.

1:46 p.m. Female reported a lost cell phone.

3:09 p.m. Amtrak Police and BNSF requested PCSO assistance with removing a female from the Amtrak train coming into Malta shortly; Sheriff and Deputy responded to the call; female removed from the train without further incident.

4:30 p.m. Male reported a missing dog.

4:47 p.m. Fergus Co SO received a report of an injured cow elk near CMR; information passed onto CMR Officer.

6:36 p.m. MHP Dispatch received a TipMont report of a possible hunting incident after dark in the Saco area; Deputy and local Fish & Game Warden responded to the call; Fish & Game handled the investigation.

9:26 p.m. Male reported a Facebook scam.

November 7, 14

3:00 a.m. Lake Wind Advisory remains in effect until 7pm tonight.

10:20 a.m. Winter Storm Watch in effect from late Saturday night through Monday morning for Phillips Co.

1:57 p.m. 911 received reporting truck drivers had pulled out in front of him, just east of Malta; Deputy located the drivers and advised.

2:27 p.m. Winter Storm Watch remains in effect from late Saturday night through Monday morning for Phillips Co.

4:28 p.m. Male reported a missing firearm; Deputy handled the call.

4:56 p.m. Billings 911 Dispatch Center requested PCSO assistance with a strange phone call a Billings business received; Deputies handled the call; found to be a juvenile playing with a phone and all was okay.

6:36 p.m. Lake Wind Advisory is canceled.

9:07 p.m. Male reported an injured deer on Hwy 2, near the overpass; Deputy responded to the call and humanely ethanized the doe.
