One Nation, Under God

Whitewater News for the Week of April 29, 2015

My sympathy to the beautiful little calves who are – or will soon be – branded and operated on. Always sympathy to darling lambs who are docked (tails cut off) and other things.

Congratulations to the Phillips County News on the colored pictures and photos in the paper!

My apologies for the incorrect names and or information in the recent papers. Congratulations to the winners of the Alpha Zeta Chapter contest.

Jim Murdock Jr. traveled to Scotland to visit relatives and sightsee. I hope you had a good time, Jim.

Janet Brown (my sister) who has been visiting for a week, returned to Billings on Friday with Linda Berg, her sister Laura and friend from Canada. I miss you, Janet.

Mrs. Sanguins music class began cleaning yards in our town. Good job! Many students were in track in various towns; track is here on Thursday, April 30.

Here are some coming events:

Whitewater Spring Concert, Thursday, May 7.

Concert in Saco, Tuesday, May 12.

Whitewater Graduation, Friday, May 15.

I bet the seniors cannot wait.

The school carnival was well attended and all had a good time.

Take care.
