Notice

John Lesslyong, Superintendent of Malta Schools, has received an attractive offer from Glasgow to have the Mustangs play the Scots there. However, Mr. Lesslyong has rejected the offer on the strength of the belief that Malta supporters are interested in seeing the stellar attraction of the football season played here and will turn out en masse to cheer the Blue and White. This is an opportunity for Malta citizens to show that the rejection of the offer was a wide one and that they are backing the Mustangs to the limit. The Mustangs-Scots go will therefore be played here.

The survey is one necessary step in making application to the Department of Fish, Wildlife and Parks for grant funds to improve local recreational opportunities in the community.
