Grieving Course

Phillips County Hospital, Phillips County Ministerial, Phillips County Public Health and the Phillips County Transit Authority are sponsoring a course on Grieving. The goal is to help the public deal with a difficult subject matter in an inviting environment. It is a six-week course beginning Tuesday, February 2 from 3 to 4 p.m. at the PC Nurses Building.

Bingo is played every Friday at 1 p.m.

Gianforte Roundup Tour

2-10. Republican gubernatorial candidate Greg Gianforte will be kicking off a statewide Regulation Roundup Tour with a stop in Malta on Wednesday, February 10 from 6:15 p.m. - 7:15 p.m. at First State Bank.

MT Veteran Affairs

2-11. On Thursday, February 11, Judy or Steve, service officers for Montana Veteran Affairs, will be in their new location at Malta City Hall from 9:30 a.m. until 11:30 a.m. If you would like to apply for benefits with the VA please come at the appointed time and bring a copy of your discharge/separation (DD214) papers with you. Book Discussion Group

2-11. The Book Discussion Group will meet on Thursday, Feb.11, at 7 p.m.at the Phillips County Library to discuss the book, "Wild Horses" by B.J. Daniels. The author will be our guest at the discussion.

MHS Valentine’s Meal/Concert

2-12. Enjoy an evening out with someone special! On February 12, the Malta High School Culinary Class will be serving a gourmet meal followed by a performance by the Malta High School Jazz Combo. Call 654 - 2002 for your reservations!

P.C. Library Closed

2-13. The Phillips County Library will be closed for the Presidents' Day Holiday, Saturday through Monday, February 13-15, 2016.

Walleyes Meeting

2-11. Malta Walleyes Unlimited will hold their monthly meeting on Thursday, February 11 starting at 7 p.m. at Stretch’s.

Malta City Offices Closed

2-15. The Malta City Office, Shop & Landfill will close on Monday, February 15, for Presidents' Day. Garbage pick-up will be delayed.

P.C. Fair Board

2-16. The Phillips County Fair Board will hold their monthly meeting on Tuesday, February 16 at 6 p.m. at Stretches. The public is welcome to attend.

Malta Kiwanis Meeting

2-16. The Malta Kiwanis will meet on Tuesday, February 16 at 6 p.m. at Westside Cafe. New members always welcome.

Middle School Music Festival

2-16. Malta Middle School will host the annual Middle School Music Festival on Tuesday, February 16. It will begin at 8 a.m. and continue throughout the day. Schools from Whitewater to Lustre will attend with over 300 students participating. Events will be held in the Auditorium, Band and Choir Rooms. These events are open to the public and everyone is encouraged to listen to these young musicians!

Blood Drive

2-18.
