HLRC Board, lets keep the public informed

Dear Editor,

OK new Hi-Line Retirement Center "new" board - asked for transparency.

So far have not seen anything in the PCN as to what is going on - with exception of a new administrator. How about all the overdue bills - rumors food providers demand cash - private patient accounts payable and Medicare and other billed services that were not up to date - how about the 5 million dollar USDA loan's activity and with the transferring of licensing to become a assisted living facility only - which I believe is to take place October 30th. What's up!

No notice in PCN, as to board meeting day and time - except the annual meeting this coming Thursday. Am sure many of the public would like to attend and be apprised as to what is going on.

A reminder the HLRC is an inherent, deep-rooted, Phillips County financially supported and desired by many as to a balanced residence for their aging loved ones. And that it would be viable when the time comes for that loved one to be close at hand.

Hopefully, you will become transparent with the problems associated with HLRC. And if we can be of help let us know.

Barbara Schlocker,

Malta
