January 21, 2017

8:50 a.m. Deputy released one adult male, Kenneth Blackcrow, from PCSO Jail for transport to Valley Co Detention Center by a MHP Trooper.

9:34 a.m. Deputy released one adult male, Richard Levi Gilmore, from PCSO Jail on bond paid.

10:52 a.m. Male requested a welfare check on a neighbor in Dodson; Deputy responded to the call; female located and found to be okay, was sleeping very hard.

11:45 a.m. Dropped 911 received from a local business; medical assistance was going to be requested for a patron and the caller canceled the request.

1:58 p.m. Female reported a missing wallet.

2:16 p.m. Female reported an erratic vehicle, eastbound, on Hwy 2 near the Sleeping Buffalo turnoff; MHP Dispatch advised of the call.

6:11 p.m. Male reported a female attempting to break-in to a residence in the Landusky area; Deputies responded to the call; case file started.

7:40 p.m. Deputy reported an individual driving a vehicle spinning broadies on a residential street; vehicle stopped and driver cited.

7:45 p.m. Deputies transported one adult female, Bobbie Lee Heppner, to PCSO to be incarcerated in PCSO Jail on Resisting Arrest and a local warrant; female later transported to Valley Co Detention Center to serve time there.

January 22, 2017

12:17 a.m. Local tavern requested PCSO assistance with removing a patron from the business; Deputies responded to the call; case file started.

12:23 a.m. Deputy transported one adult male, Yancy Hawley, to PCSO to be incarcerated in PCSO Jail on Disorderly Conduct and MIP charges.

1:22 a.m. Local Border Patrol Agent requested PCSO assistance with a traffic stop near the Sleeping Buffalo turnoff; Deputies responded to the call; case file started.

2:30 a.m. Deputy transported 2 adult males to PCSO; individuals were later released to their family members.

2:30 a.m. Deputy transported one adult male, Tricton Nelson, and one juvenile to PCSO; juvenile later released to family members; Nelson incarcerated on Probation Violation and MIP charges.

4:02 a.m. Deputy transported one adult male, Tricton Nelson, from PCSO Jail to Valley Co Detention Center to serve time.

11:49 a.m. Undersheriff released one adult male, Yancy Hawley, from PCSO Jail on bond paid.

12:49 p.m. Male reported finding a set of keys; if you are missing a set of keys, please call PCSO at 406-654-2350 to identify and claim.

5:08 p.m. Deputy released one adult male, Troy Salveson, from PCSO Jail on time served and bond paid.

9:23 p.m. Deputy performed security checks in the Malta area.

2:35 a.m. Deputy performed security checks in the Malta area.

7:52 a.m. BLM Ranger reported an accident on a residential street; Sheriff and Undersheriff responded to the call; case file started.

7:54 a.m. Male reported a vehicle in the ditch near the Sleeping Buffalo turnoff; Undersheriff responded to the call; caller reported shortly after the call that the vehicle was removed and not there anymore.

1:48 p.m. Female reported receiving threatening phone calls from an individual; caller ID shows a local business but caller was not associated with the business; Undersheriff handled the call.

11:07 p.m. Female requested an ambulance for a family member who had fallen at a local residence; local EMT Crew responded to the call; patient transported to the PC Hospital.

January 24, 2017

1:50 a.m. PC Hospital requested an ambulance for a flight crew pick up from the airport, transport to the hospital and back to the airport with their patient; local EMT Crew responded to the call.

10:04 a.m. 911 received reporting a fire, east of Malta, on Old Hwy 2; caller advised was a reported controlled burn.

12:15 p.m. Ft Belknap LE requested PCSO assistance with locating a vehicle involved in a possible shooting near one of their businesses; Deputy responded to the call; vehicle not located in Phillips Co.

2:57 p.m. 911 received reporting a fender/bender in the downtown area; Deputy responded to the call; case file started.

4:17 p.m. Male reported someone “had cut his antifreeze line” to his vehicle; Deputy handled the call.

7:54 p.m. Local MHP Trooper reported suspicious activity outside of a closed business; Deputy responded to the call; all found to be okay, just dropping off a vehicle to be repaired.

9:52 p.m. Deputy received a complaint about a barking dog at a local residence; owners located and advised to take the dog in for the night.

January 25, 2017

1:17 a.m. Deputy performed security checks around the Malta area.

11:20 a.m. Undersheriff transported one adult female, Bobbie Lee Heppner, and one adult male, Tricton Nelson, from Valley Co Detention Center back to PCSO to be released on time served and fine paid.

7:21 p.m. Male requested PCSO assistance with a situation involving a juvenile; Deputy responded to the call; case file started.

8:34 p.m. Male reported a one vehicle, non-injury, rollover on Short Oil Road; Deputy and MHP Trooper responded to the call; case file started.

11:52 p.m. Male reported a lost set of keys; individual identified and claimed a set that had been turned into PCSO.

January 26, 2017

12:45 a.m. Male reported hitting a deer on the Wagner Hwy and the deer was still alive; Deputies responded to the call and humanely euthanized the deer; white form issued.

1:45 a.m. Deputy transported one adult male, Michael Kelsey, to PCSO to be incarcerated on Driving While Suspended charges; case file started.

10:31 a.m. Deputy released one adult male, Michael Kelsey, from PCSO Jail on own recognizance.

11:05 a.m. Male reported a break-in to a storage building; Deputy responded to the call; case file started.

5:50 p.m. PC Hospital requested an ambulance for a flight crew pickup from the airport, transport to the hospital and back to the airport with their patient; local EMT Crew handled the call.

6:28 p.m. Local MHP Trooper received a report of an erratic vehicle near a local business on Hwy 2; Deputy and local Border Patrol Agents responded to the call; case file started.

6:53 p.m. Deputy transported one adult female, Connie McKiernan, to PCSO to be incarcerated in PCSO Jail on Aggravated DUI charges.
