Polly Solberg met and took Selma Miller's daughters from Minnesota to Malta to visit Selma for a few days. They came by train.

Several people from the community attended the Doris Nicholson Auction in Malta on Saturday.

Happy Birthday wishes are sent to Wink Cole and everyone having a birthday this week.

Everyone has been enjoying the cooler weather and that we have so far not had the heavy smoke and smell from the fires all over the state. Our sympathies are with the people who are and have been living with all the smoke. It makes it very hard to breathe and is especially hard on old people and those with respiratory problems.

You may outgrow your parents' laps, but you'll never outgrow their hearts.
