Phillips County Sheriff's Report for December 27, 2017

December 8, 2017

11:26 a.m. Male requested law enforcement assistance with evicting a tenant; Deputy handled the call.

11:34 a.m. Female reported a fender/bender in the downtown area; Deputy responded to the call; case file started.

1:14 p.m. Female reported another female, with a local warrant, was at a local business; Deputy responded to the call; Deputy later transported one adult female, Eugenia Plummer, to PCSO to be incarcerated in PCSO Jail on that charge.

1:30 p.m. Deputy released one adult male, Christopher Embree, from PCSO Jail on time served.

2:32 p.m. Deputy released one adult female, Eugenia Plummer, from PCSO Jail on bond.

4:35 p.m. Male reported a crossing arm malfunction at the Stine’s crossing;

information passed onto BNSF Police.

5:16 p.m. Female reported d a.m.age to property by juveniles; Deputy responded to the call; case file started.

December 9, 2017

8:45 a.m. 911 received requesting assistance for a male who fell; caller refused an a.m.bulance; Deputy responded to the call and assisted the caller.

9:23 a.m. Male requested extra patrol around his residence.

11:11 a.m. Female requested law enforcement assistance with a situation involving a male harassing livestock in the Saco area; Deputy responded to the call; information passed onto local Livestock Inspector.

2:21 p.m. 911 received requesting an a.m.bulance for a female at a local residence; local EMT Crew responded to the call; patient transported to the PC Hospital.

5:44 p.m. Female reported a possible theft of property from a local business; Deputy responded to the call; case file started.

7:59 p.m. Deputy received a report of a possible DUI on Hwy 191, headed north of Malta; vehicle not located.

December 10, 2017

2:01 p.m. 911 received requesting assistance from a G a.m.e Warden; information passed onto a local Fish & G a.m.e Warden.

8:04 p.m. 911 received requesting assistance for a female with severe leg pain; Deputy and local EMT Crew responded to the call; patient transported to the PC Hospital.

9:19 p.m. Deputy performed security checks in the Dodson area.

9:24 p.m. Female reported a suspicious vehicle in the Sleeping Buffalo area; Deputy responded to the call; vehicle located and no one was around it.

December 11, 2017

1:28 a.m. Deputy performed building checks in the Malta downtown area.

5:57 a.m. Local business reported a male slumped over in a vehicle outside of their business; Good S a.m.aritan checked on the driver; all found to be okay, just waiting for the business to open.

1:40 p.m. Female reported a reckless vehicle on Hwy 2, west of Malta; Sheriff responded to the call; vehicle not located.

4:30 p.m. Undersheriff served a local warrant on one adult female, Chelseey Goldsmith; female incarcerated in PCSO Jail on that charge.

5:31 p.m. 911 received reporting a vehicle/deer accident on Hwy 2, east of Malta; no injuries to the occupants; Deputy responded to the call; local rotational wrecker service also responded to the call; white form issued.

6:27 p.m. Deputy performed security checks in the Whitewater area.

8:07 p.m. 911 received requesting an a.m.bulance for a male at a local residence; local EMT Crew responded to the call; patient transported to the PC Hospital.

December 12, 2017

7:14 a.m. Male reported a semi and trailer in the ditch and upside down, on Hwy 191 south of Malta; caller advised the Hwy was blocked as well; Undersheriff and local MHP Trooper responded to the call; MT Dept of Transportation employee also responded to the call; MHP Trooper handled the crash.

10:05 a.m. Undersheriff released one adult female, Chelseey Goldsmith, from PCSO Jail on time served.

10:55 a.m. Female reported a lost cell phone.

1:54 p.m. Male reported a possible fire north of Malta; Deputy responded to the call; all found to be okay, no fire, just alkali blowing in the wind.

5:02 p.m. Female reported a vehicle/deer accident on Hwy 191 south of Malta; vehicle was still drivable and had been removed from the accident scene; Deputy responded to the location and removed the deer from the Hwy; white form issued.

5:15 p.m. Female reported a vehicle/deer accident east of Malta on Hwy 2; no injuries to the occupant and vehicle was still drivable; deer had been removed from the Hwy already; white form issued.

6:31 p.m. 911 received reporting the caller had received threatening phone calls from a neighbor; Deputies handled the call.
