M-ettes Pick Up Wins Over 2B Foes

The Malta M-ettes basketball team won a pair of District 2B road games last week, beating the Harlem Lady Wildcats 70-39 last Saturday, January 20, and the Poplar Lady Indians 51-42 on Friday, January 19.

In Malta's win over Harlem, Elly Anderson led the M-ettes with 14 points, five rebounds, and two steals. Kelbie Nelson had 13 points and four rebounds.
