    The Bible says there is a time and season for everything. The older I get the more I realize how true that is. Seems like you spend the first half of your life doing things for the first time and the latter half of your life doing things for the last time. I’d like to say I remember the first Stargazer column I ever wrote 41 years ago after becoming editor of my hometown weekly newspaper a few weeks after being discharged from the Army.   • Malta City Council adopts guidelines for utility bill late fee adjustments

    The Malta City Council recently adopted new guidelines for water and sewer bill late fee adjustments, accepted the resignation of a veteran employee, began the annexation procedure to bring a new home into the city limits to which city services have been extended and indicated efforts are still underway to find the source of sewer gas which occasionally plagues some downtown businesses.
