Bonnie and Walter Bell of Glasgow, Mont., are happy to announce the birth of their daughter, Cessna Ann-Louise Bell, on February 1, 2016, at 2:10 p.m. at Frances Mahon Deaconess Hospital. She weighs six pounds and one ounce and is 18 inches long.

She joins her sister Riley at home.

Her maternal grandparents are Ken and Ronda Evenson of Glasgow. Her paternal grandparents are Tennial and Elizabeth Bell, also of Glasgow.
