Malta American Legion Auxiliary

2-2. The Malta American Legion Auxiliary will hold its regular monthly meeting on Thursday, February 2 at 5 p.m. at the VFW Club. All members are encouraged to attend.

Mustang Foundation Soup Feed

2-3. The Mustang Foundation will have a Soup Feed at the Rocky Boy game at 4 p.m. on Friday, February 3. Come have dinner and cheer for your favorite team!

Jim Schumacher Memorial Livestock Day

2-6. On Monday, February 6, the Annual Jim Schumacher Memorial Livestock Day will be held from 10:30 a.m. until 2:30 p.m. at the GN Lodge Room in Malta. See story on Page 1A.

Malta Kiwanis meeting

2-7. The Malta Kiwanis will meet on Tuesday, February 7 at 6 p.m. at Westside Cafe. Larry and Barb Swingen will give a picture talk about their 2016 trip to China. Public is welcome to attend.

Serve Safe Class at MHS

2-7 & 8. Mrs. Bruce is conducting a ‘Serve Safe Manager’ class on Tuesday and Wednesday, February 7 and 8, from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. at Malta High School, room 302. Contact Becky Bruce at 654-2002 to save a spot.

Walleyes Meeting

2-9. On Thursday, February 9, the Malta Walleyes will hold their monthly meeting starting at 7 p.m. at Stretch's. Kid's fishing date will be finalized at this meeting.

MT Veteran Affairs

2-16 On Thursday, February 16, Judy or Steve, service officers for Montana Veteran Affairs, will be at Malta City Hall from 9:30 a.m. until 11:30 a.m. If you would like to apply for benefits with the VA please come at the appointed time and bring a copy of your discharge/separation (DD214) papers with you.
