One Nation, Under God

Dodson News for March 29, 2017

Everyone was complaining of the wind blowing hard on Tuesday and we had a little rain again on Tuesday night.

Steve and Judy Henry of Laurel made a short visit to Dora Henry’s this week. Steve had several commitments at Laurel and a Governors Board of Plumbers meeting in Helena he had to be back for.

Dean and Carol were called away by the passing of one of Carols aunts. Condolences are sent to the extended Kienenberger and Von Stein families.

Patty Vaughan, of Laurel and Melinda Cummings, of Helena were home last week visiting their dad, Wink Cole, who had contacted a virus and was in the hospital for ten days treatment for it. Also visiting later that week were Matt Cole, Colleen Lueck of Billings and Shannon Merchen of Laurel. Jeff and Julie Cole also came from Glasgow while he was hospitalized. He is home again and doing very well and getting around again. This week’s visitors at the Cole home were daughter Kathy Coppedge and son Quentin, of Denton and grandchildren Aryn, Rylee and Kodee Cummings of Helena. On Saturday Steve and Tara Cole with their children Averee and Rylee Matthews and Satchel Cole of Havre came and had dinner. Rylee and Averee stayed overnight, so Steve and Tara came back to Dodson for Church and then the family went to Sleeping Buffalo to swim. It was a little confusing with Rylee Cummings and Rylee Matthews, but all went well.

Happy Birthday to all having a birthday this week and congratulations to all with a wedding anniversary!

The chains of habit are too weak to be felt until they are too strong to be broken!

A good spring week to you all — enjoy that sunshine — it gets warmer every day.
