Notice of Intent to Transfer Location of Air Quality Permit (Pursuant to Section 75-2-211, MCA, and ARM Title 17, Chapter 8, Subchapter 7, PERMIT, CONSTRUCTION AND OPERATION OF AIR CONTAMINANT SOURCES).

Fike Crushing Inc., will file on or about 4-21-17 a notification of intent to transfer location of an air quality permit with the Permitting and Compliance Division/Air Resources Management Bureau of the Montana Department of Environmental Quality. Applicant seeks approval of its transfer of location of JCI K200 Portable Crushing Plant Air Quality Permit #2559-02 to Anderson Pit, SW 1/4, Sec 26, T31N, R30E, Phillips County. 2.5 miles East of Malta on Hwy 2, 3.5 miles North on Honey Plant Road. The division must approve or disapprove the permit transfer within 30 days of receipt of a complete notice of intent. Any member of the public with questions or who wishes to review a copy of the permit and the division's analysis of it, or to submit comments on the change of location must contact the division at 1520 East Sixth Street, P.O. Notice of Close of Regular Voter Registration and Option for Late Registration

Notice is hereby given, that regular* registration for the SPECIAL Election to fill the U.S. Representative vacancy to be held on Thursday, May 25, 2017 in the County of PHILLIPS, will close at 5:00 p.m., on April 25, 2017.

*NOTE: If you miss this regular registration deadline, you may still register for the election by showing up at the county election office up to and including on election day. Between noon and the close of business on the day before election day,

you can complete and submit a voter registration form, but you will need to return to the local election office on election day

to pick up and vote a ballot.

All active and inactive**electors of PHILLIPS County are entitled to vote at said election.

**Inactive electors may reactivate by appearing at the polling place in order to vote, by requesting an absentee ballot in any election, or by notifying the County Election Administrator in writing of the elector's current address in the county.

The Legislature is currently considering legislation that would determine how the election is conducted. If, as a result of the legislation, the election is conducted by mail ballot, ballots will be automatically mailed to Active Electors only.

If you are a registered voter and do not receive a ballot, contact the County Election Administrator to update your information

as necessary and receive a ballot.

The Montana Department of Revenue, Liquor Licensing, announces the availability of one Montana All-Alcoholic Beverages License for the Dodson area. The Dodson area includes the incorporated city/town of Dodson and that portion of Phillips County situated within five miles of the incorporated city/town limits.

This lottery license cannot be used to conduct any gaming or gambling activity on the premises. 16-4-204(1)(C)(b), MCA

If we receive more applications than there are available licenses, we will hold a lottery drawing. If you want to apply for one of the licenses, you must submit a lottery application. The lottery application is online at revenue.mt.gov under Liquor Control. On the application, list the name of the applicant(s) including all potential owners, corporate stockholders, all partners of a partnership, and all members of a limited liability company. This application is due no later than May 22, 2017. We will not consider late, unsigned, or incomplete applications. 16-4-204, MCA, ARM 42.12.406

We can accept only one lottery application per person for this area. A “Person” as defined in the Administrative Rules of Montana is any individual, firm, partnership, limited liability company, corporation, or association.

If a lottery is necessary, the drawing will take place in Helena to determine who can apply for this license. We will notify applicants of the date, time, and place for the drawing. Applicants do not need to be present to be chosen.

Those chosen in the lottery drawing must submit a license application within 30 days. The license application needs to have ownership information identical to what was listed on the lottery application. ARM 42.12.406(7)

New licensees must meet the legal criteria of a license as outlined in the Montana Alcoholic Beverage Code and the Administrative Rules of Montana.
