May 6, 2017

2:46 a.m. Deputy reported a door left open on a local church; Deputy checked out the building and all found to be okay; door locked up.

5:19 a.m. 911 received requesting assistance for a female who was lost; location determined to be on the reservation; information passed onto Ft Belknap LE.

2:03 p.m. Male reported damage to his vehicle; Deputy responded to the call; case file started.

2:22 p.m. Female reported an injured foal near the Sleeping Buffalo; owner located and foal taken care of.

:28 p.m. PC Hospital requested an ambulance for a flight crew pick up from the airport, transport to the hospital and back to the airport with their patient; local EMT Crew handled the call.

4:15 p.m. Deputy incarcerated one adult male, Troy Salveson, into PCSO Jail to serve time on sentencing.

5:14 p.m. Male reported a possible break-in to a cabin at Nelson Reservoir; Deputy responded to the call; case file started.

5:50 p.m. Male reported a possible assault that occurred the night before; Deputy handled the call.

8:10 p.m. MHP Dispatch requested PCSO assistance with a reported assault that occurred on the CMR; Deputies and two Fish & Game Wardens responded to the call; CMR Officer handled the call.

8:47 p.m. Glasgow Weather Service advised of a strong thunderstorm that would affect southern Phillips Co; 50mph gusts and frequent cloud to ground lightning are possible.

9:49 p.m. Glasgow Weather Service advised of a strong thunderstorm that would affect southern Phillips Co; 50-55mph gusts are possible.

10:49 p.m. Glasgow Weather Service advised of a strong thunderstorm that would affect southeastern Phillips Co; 50mph gusts and frequent cloud to ground lightning are possible.

11:19 p.m. Female reported a power outage east of Malta and the power company had been advised already.

May 7, 2017

3:14 a.m. Lake Wind Advisory in effect from 2pm today until 3am Monday.

4:36 a.m. 911 received reporting a tree on fire and a power outage at a residence north of Malta; NorthWestern Energy advised of the call; Malta Fire Dept responded to the call; fire later controlled and extinguished.

10:33 a.m. Saco Ambulance reported they had responded to a Saco residence for a medical emergency and were now transporting a patient to the Glasgow hospital.

12:33 p.m. PC Hospital requested an ambulance for a flight crew pick up from the airport, transport to the hospital and back to the airport with their patient; local EMT Crew handled the call.

12:56 p.m. Male requested a male be removed from his apartment; Sheriff responded to the call; male left on his own accord without further incident.

1:09 p.m. Male reported a missing dog.

1:58 p.m. 911 received reporting a two vehicle accident, west of Malta, on Hwy 2; injuries to the occupants; Sheriff, local EMT Crew, Fire Dept and MHP Trooper responded to the call; MHP Trooper handled the crash; one patient transported to the PC Hospital; case file started.

4:41 p.m. Deputy released one adult male, Troy Salveson, from PCSO Jail on time served.

6:11 p.m. PC Hospital requested an ambulance for a flight crew pick up from the airport, transport to the hospital and back to the airport with their patient; local EMT Crew handled the call.

May 8, 2017

1:12 a.m. Deputy performed security checks around the Malta area.

3:03 a.m. Lake Wind Advisory is canceled.

1:17 p.m. 911 received requesting a welfare check on a female who was threatening suicide; Sheriff responded to the call; female found to be okay by family member.

1:20 p.m. 911 received reporting a dead antelope in a field; information passed onto local Fish & Game Warden.

3:41 p.m. Blaine Co SO received a report of a carnival trailer on fire on Route 66, possibly in Phillips Co; fire found to be just south of Hays on the reservation; MHP Trooper handled the call.

3:42 p.m. 911 received reporting a two vehicle, non-injury accident near the junction of Hwy 2/Old Hwy 2; Sheriff responded to the call; case file started.

4:42 p.m. Male reported lost property.

9:21 p.m. Deputy assisted PC Hospital with delivering a blood sample to Ft Belknap; Ft Belknap Officer assisted with meeting at the county line and taking the sample to IHS.

11:28 p.m. Roosevelt Co Deputy reported a metal box on Hwy 2, near Saco; Deputy responded to the call and removed the air conditioner from the roadway.

May 9, 2017

9:10 a.m. Female reported damage to property; Sheriff responded to the call; case file started.

9:16 a.m. Female reported an erratic vehicle on Hwy 2, westbound; information passed onto MHP and Ft Belknap LE; vehicle later located by Ft Belknap.

9:20 a.m. Local Ambulance reported to a Malta school for a presentation.

11:13 a.m. Livestock Inspector reported injuries to livestock at a Phillips Co ranch; case file started.

12:55 p.m. Male reported a group of “kids with fishing poles” walking in the ditch, west of Dodson; all found to be okay, was a school group with adults going on a field trip.

1:46 p.m. Undersheriff and Deputy transported one adult male, Delbert Perry, from Gallatin Co Detention Center to PCSO Jail to serve time on a local warrant.

1:49 p.m. Female reported a phone scam.

3:22 p.m. Female reported a group of kids on Hwy 2, west of Dodson; caller advised was a group of kids from the Dodson School on a field trip.

4:07 p.m. Male reported finding the lost property he previously reported as missing.

5:48 p.m. Female requested another female be removed from her rental property; Deputy responded to the call; female had left the location on her own accord.

6:01 p.m. PC Hospital requested law enforcement assistance with a reported assault; Deputy responded to the call; case file started.

6:10 p.m. Local MHP Trooper requested PCSO assistance with a traffic stop by the golf course on Hwy 191 south; Deputies responded to the call.

6:56 p.m. Local MHP Trooper transported one adult male, Daniel Dahlin, to PCSO to be incarcerated on Driving While Suspended and No Insurance-2nd charges; male later released on bond paid.

7:14 p.m. BNSF Police reported a broken crossing arm at the Stine’s crossing and a maintainer was enroute to repair it.

7:30 p.m. Female reported a juvenile had been bitten by a dog running loose; Deputy and ACO responded to the call; owner located and dog put in quarantine.

8:38 p.m. Female brought in a found post office key.

8:58 p.m. Female requested law enforcement for a civil stand by while getting property from a residence; female also filed a written complaint regarding a “violent” male; Deputy responded to the call; complaint added to an existing case file.

11:32 p.m. Female reported a possible DUI on Hwy 2, west of Malta; Deputy and local MHP Trooper responded to the call; vehicle not located east or west of Malta.

May 10, 2017

10:07 a.m. Deputy released one adult male, Delbert Perry, from PCSO Jail for transport to Valley Co Detention to serve time.

11:10 a.m. Female reported a two vehicle, non-injury crash in a residential intersection; Undersheriff responded to the location; case file started.

5:03 p.m. Male reported hitting a dog that ran out in front of his vehicle; dog had run off and was nowhere to be seen; Deputy handled the call.

5:16 p.m. Female reported finding an injured dog in her yard; Deputy responded to the call; information passed onto ACO.

11:48 p.m. Deputy performed security checks in the Dodson area.

May 11, 2017

2:45 a.m. Deputy performed security checks around the Malta area.

7:30 a.m. Local business reported an abandoned vehicle in their parking area; Deputy responded to the call; owner located and advised to move the vehicle.

9:20 a.m. Deputy reported to the Malta Headstart for a presentation.

12:36 p.m. Local business reported theft of property; Deputy responded to the call; case file started.

1:09 p.m. Female filed a verbal complaint regarding a vehicle speeding down a residential street; Deputy responded to the call; driver located and advised to slow it down.

1:45 p.m. 911 received reporting a one vehicle rollover accident on Hwy 191 south of the DY Junction; occupant had several injuries; Deputy, Roy/Lewistown Ambulance, Malta Fire Dept and local MHP Trooper responded to the call; Malta EMTs also responded by personal vehicle; case file started.

3:10 p.m. 911 received reporting a female driving with several distractions going on in the driver’s seat with her; Deputy responded to the call; vehicle located and citations issued.

5:38 p.m. Dept of Family Services requested a welfare check on a female at a local apartment; Deputy responded to the call; female located and was okay.

5:47 p.m. Female reported hearing that juveniles are talking other juveniles into jumping into the ditch; information passed onto Deputies.

6:35 p.m. Male requested law enforcement assistance with getting property from a residence he used to live in; Deputy responded to the call; male advised he needed to contact the Justice of the Peace.

May 12, 2017

3:25 a.m. Lake Wind Advisory in effect from 10am today to 4am Saturday.

9:51 a.m. Male reported a speeding vehicle and driving erratically on Hwy 2; information passed onto MHP Dispatch.

11:09 a.m. Male requested a welfare check on a female who was possibly suicidal; Deputy responded to the call; female located and was okay.

12:01 p.m. Deputy reported a suspicious vehicle near the Malta High School and checked out the driver; all found to be okay, male studies the birds in the area.

12:58 p.m. Local business reported a female who had been kicked out of the business keeps entering the business; Deputy handled the call.

2:12 p.m. Male requested law enforcement assistance with getting property back that was loaned to another party; property was now being put up for auction by the second party; Deputy handled the call.

2:40 p.m. Lake Wind Advisory remains in effect until 4am Saturday.

6:49 p.m. 911 received reporting a possible domestic situation at a local residence; Deputies and local MHP Trooper responded to the call; suspect left the location before Deputy’s arrival; case file started.

8:11 p.m. Local MHP Trooper and Deputy served a local MHP warrant on one adult female, Shadey Wienke; female transported to PCSO to be incarcerated on that warrant; female later released one bond paid.
