The City of Malta will conduct a public hearing July 25, 2017 at 5:20 p.m. in the council chambers of city hall. The purpose of the public hearing is to receive public comments concerning Ordinance 450, an Ordinance Amending Ordinance #405 that governs the collection of water hookup fees and the responsibilities of the City and property owner. First reading July 25, 2017. Second reading and adoption August 8, 2017.
