Kenneth Walters, 78, of Hallock, Minnesota passed away at Altru Hospital in Grand Forks, North Dakota on Friday, July 7, 2017. Kenneth Earl Walters was born July 19, 1938 in Hallock to Alfred and Frances (Gamble) Walters. He was baptized and confirmed in St. John’s Episcopal Church. Kenneth worked as a lifeguard and swimming instructor at Lake Bronson State Park. He graduated from Hallock High School in 1957 and enlisted in the U.S. Army that same year.
