Kathy and Donny Bagley are continuing Judy Michael’s picture and photo framing legacy in Malta, by opening a full-service framing shop. “Donny’s Framing Shop”, will provide quality framing and great customer service. Both standard size and custom size framing services are being offered. Estimates are free.
