Average Soil Depth: The excavation is estimated to be 12 feet from the existing ground surface level.

Estimated Volume of Overburden: 13,000 cubic yards

Volume of Removed Materials: 200,000 cubic yards

Proposed Equipment: Excavator, Loader, Scraper, Skidsteer and Belly Dump Truck

Duration of Activities: 2-3 years

Access Points: Access to the permit area through existing Turkey Track Road.

Notice of Close of Regular Registration for the City of Malta and Town of Saco

Notice is hereby given that regular* registration for the City of Malta and Town of Saco Municipal General Election to be held on November 7, 2017, will close at 5:00 p.m., on Tuesday October 10, 2017.

*NOTE: If you miss this regular registration deadline, you may still register for the election by showing up at the Phillips County Election Office up to and including on Election Day. Between noon and the close of business on the day before Election Day, you can complete and submit a voter registration card, but you will need to return to the Phillips County Election Office on Election Day to pick up and vote a ballot.

All active and inactive**electors of the City of Malta are entitled to vote at said election.

**Ballots will be automatically mailed to Active Electors only of the City of Malta and the Town of Saco on October 18, 2017. No election is required for the Town of Dodson. If you are a registered voter and do not receive a ballot, contact the Phillips County Election Office to update your information as necessary and receive a ballot.

Persons who wish to register and who are not presently registered may do so by requesting a form for registration by mail before the close of regular voter registration or by appearing at the Phillips County Election Office. If you have moved, please update your registration information by filling out a new voter registration card and submitting it to the Phillips County Election Office.
