At the regular board meeting for the Whitewater School District 20D the Board of Trustees made a resolution to sell or dispose of real property because it is or is about to become abandoned, obsolete, undesirable or unsuitable for the school purposes of the district. The resolution may not become effective for 14 days after this notice. Any taxpayer may appeal any time prior to the effective date of the resolution. 20-6-604 SLM.

PUBLIC NOTICE FOR OPERATING ASSISTANCE

This is to notify all interested parties that PHILLIPS TRANSIT AUTHORITY is applying for $145,496.00 under the Montana Department of Transportation’s Operating Grant Program 5311. Funding will be used for operating expenses associated with providing transportation services to the general public, elderly and persons with disabilities within Phillips County for the FY 2019 .

The application is on file at 311 S. 8th. Ave. E., Malta, MT. If requested, a public hearing will be held and public notice indicating the location, date and time of the hearing will be provided.
