MMS Matmen host mixer in Malta

The Old Gym was the site of the 2018 Malta Middle School Wrestling Mixer, an event that featured close to 75 middle school wrestlers and close to 200 spectators at last Friday, March 16.

The event consisted of six teams; Malta, Chinook, Harlem, Havre, Lewistown, and Hays-Lodgepole. There was a total of twenty-six fifth and sixth graders, and a total of forty-five seventh and eighth graders.

“There was a great turnout and our wrestlers love wrestling in front of the home crowd,” Malta Middle School Coach Nick Oxarart said.
