These assignments will be in effect following the May 8, 2018 regular board meeting at 7:00 pm in the school library. Wendy is the sister of Chair Iris Kill Eagle. As per the MT Department of Environmental Quality Opencut Division this letter is to inform you of an amendment to an existing sand and gravel mine. This site known as the Taylor Site OC# 2512 is located in Section 27, T34N, R33E, Phillips County includes 30.5 acres. This site will initially be used for the reconstruction of several different county roads that will be used to access the Keystone XL Pipeline and may be used for other various area projects. Randy Taylor will be operating this site for the removal of approximately 400,000 cubic yards of sand and gravel. A portable crushing spread will be moved on and off site and may be operated 9 days on 5 days off24 hours per day. A portable pugmill may also be operated at this site, tentative hours of operation for this equipment will be 14 hours per day 5 to 6 days per week depending on the type of project. NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE
