MHS names Mackey valedictorian, Kuehn & Sjostrom as salutatorians for Class of '18

Malta High School has announced Isabella Mackey as the valedictorian and Konner Kuehn and Joanie Sjostrom as co-salutatorians of the Class of 2018. Isabella is the daughter of Thayne and Michelle Mackey of Malta, Mont. And she plans to attend MSU Bozeman to pursue a degree in organic chemistry. After that, she hopes to attend MSU's School of Pharmacy. Konner is the son of Kris and Karmen Kuehn of Malta and he plans on attending Montana Tech to pursue a degree in Engineering. Joanie is the daughter of Mike and Deb Sjostrom of Malta and she plans to attend Gonzaga University and major in Political Science. Malta High School's graduation will be held on Sunday, May 20 at 2 p.m. in the high school gymnasium. Joining Mackey, Kuehn and Sjostrom in graduation will be Maria Brown, TaChante Cole, Jacob Czereda, Samantha Dolphay, Zachary Drabbs, Travis Epperson, Shelby Ferrell, Jon Fox, Caleigh Green, Dawn Jenkins, Tel Jensen, Adessa Judd, Macy Knudsen, Kendall Koss, Taylor Matthews, Ceaton Mears, Sam Mitchell, Kaden Moore, Adam Mummey, Billie Orahood, Emily Robinson, Julio Salveson, Ashley Scheffelmaer, Ella Schye, David Skiff, Jacquoya Stevens, Landon VanWichen, and Monicha Williamson. Isabella Mackey has been named the Malta High School Class of 2018 Valedictorian.
