One Nation, Under God

Dodson News for June 13, 2018

We have been having some very hot days already but on Thursday we had a quick moving thunder-storm and hard rain in the afternoon. It just poured for a short time, water everywhere when it was done. Hope we do not get any of the hail that others around have had.

Polly Solberg has been visiting friends in the nursing home and around. She was in Havre on Monday.

Word was received that Bob Hicks, a former teacher at Dodson, was ill and in the Great Falls hospital but has improved and is back home in Conrad. Get well wishes are sent by all his friends here.

Bill Henry stopped to see his mom, Dora, on Thursday. Dora's daughter Linda of East Helena and great-granddaughter Megan of Park City, Kansas visited on Monday and Tuesday.

The wind has been blowing very hard the last few days--stuff has really been blown around.

Birthday greetings to all having a birthday this week including Edward Solberg. Anniversary greetings to Bruce and Leona Kienenberger.

Don't forget Sunday is Father's Day! Remember the dads.

When we forgive, we free ourselves from the bitter ties that bind us to the one who hurt us.

Have a good week and enjoy the green and all the flowers that are blooming around. I have four kinds of roses and lots of Iris's blooming and the Peonies are just starting to bloom. Wind and rain are kind of hard on some of them.
