Work camps headed to Malta, Hinsdale ahead of Keystone Pipeline

It was almost exactly 10-years ago that TransCanada Corp. announced it hoped to cross approximately 25 miles of Phillips County land in the northeast corner, and for the first time in its history, the project has a presidential permit as well as permits in all three states along the route.

“We are committed to moving forward with this project in a timely manner,” TransCanada spokeswoman Robynn Tysver told the Phillips County News.
