Twins Kenzie LaBrie and Karlie LaBrie stand by their horses Dude and Whiskers at the second Phillips County Saddle Club Boots and Saddles Rodeo at the Trafton Arena.
The Phillips County Saddle Club hosted the second Boots and Saddles Rodeo event of 2018 last Saturday, July 21.
The PCN caught up with a pair of riders that have a lot in common. Twins Karlie and Kenzie LaBrie, both ten-years-old, shared a few thoughts about riding in the Boots and Saddles rodeo and sibling rivalry at the event.
Karlie recalled her barrel race run this day, which she ran with her 20-year-old quarter horse named Whiskers.
"He took off and then I turned into the first barrel and then I turned into the next one and then the third one," Karlie said.
