    Across Montana, there are currently 109 Chapters of FFA (Future Farmers of America) that have 6,684 members enrolled. Malta's FFA Chapter was started in 1938 and the Charter was signed January 27, 1939. The history of the organization is extensive, the Chapter at one point in time had 75-100 members. Colter Salveson was this year’s Youngest Top Hand winner at the annual Wagon Train Feed. He was awarded the Red Bandana in honor of the late Darci Miller of Canada. The Montana Community Preservation Alliance fundraiser was held at the Lucky Bullet, and the fundraiser took in about $2,800 in donations.     An attentive audience with opinions, thoughts, and preferences were in attendance at the Listening Session addressing the possibility of changing from a five-day to a four-day school week.
