    Wednesday, April 17th, Forrest Bessman, a student at Dodson High School, walked into the gymnasium in a state of confusion and wonderment, as did many of his peers.     Nestled on the west side of the county, Dodson School District has two school board positions that are up for election this year. Currently, the positions are held by Bonnie Lankford and Lisa Campbell.     The Phillips County Clinic welcomes a new face to their staff, that of Lori Harvey. She is married to Bill Harvey, a Nurse Practitioner, who recently worked at the clinic for a year and a half. Harvey is from Gilford, Montana, and in addition to her NP work, she has extra training in the field of psychiatric medications. She will be at the clinic two days in a row every week.     Sommer Green, a student at Whitewater High School, was selected to represent the VFW Post 4067 Auxiliary in the Get Excited for the Red, White and Blue singing contest. The contest is a national contest and contestants enter a video rendition of their singing of the National Anthem.
