    Of the 2,646 Servicemen reported Missing in Action (MIA) during the Vietnam War, a total of those still classified as missing totals 1,602, according to the Defense POW/MIA Accounting Agency.     It turned bitter cold and snowed as the weekend approached. On Thursday, a bad break in the water line downtown had erupted and spread water over a large area. The entire main part of town and the south end were without water until Sunday morning.
