    The Malta M-ettes won a pair of games last week including the team’s senior night game against Rocky Boy on Friday, February 1, in the Malta High Gymnasium. The M-ettes also defeated the Roundup Panthers in Roundup on Saturday, February 2. In Malta’s 74-50 win over the Rocky Boy Northern Stars, Malta was led by sophomore Erica Smith and junior Kelbee Denham who both scored 19 points.     The Malta Mustangs couldn’t avoid getting swept by Rocky Boy and Roundup as the team averaged 37 points in their two games last week. Malta fared better in their second meeting with the Rocky Boy Morning Stars losing 43-38 at the Malta High School Gym on Friday, February 1, on Senior Night.     The Dodson Coyotes and North Country Mavericks squared off in a loud and rambunctious match up in Whitewater on Thursday, January 31.     The North Country Lady Mavericks and Dodson Lady Coyotes clashed in their second meeting of the 2018-19 season and the results was the same as when they met earlier this season.     The Malta-Whitewater Mustangs have now won the Northern B-C wrestling title three consecutive years in a row. In doing so the team had four divisional champions, six state qualifiers, and ten wrestlers score points at the event.
