    Signs of Spring are arriving in Phillips County. Babies calves playing on the prairie, early flowers showing their heads, and last week we celebrated Ag Day at the City Hall.     My Uncle on my Mom's side, Mickey Ivanovitch, was born on March 5, 1943 to John and Bonnie O'Brien Ivanovitch. Mickey attended school in rural schools in North Phillips County, including Plainsview, taught by his mother.     On March 17-18, in Helena, Montana, Kora LaBrie, a Whitewater fifth grader, was recognized as one of two Overall winners in the Agriculture in Montana Schools (AMS) drawing contest. As guests of AMS, Kora, her family, her grandparents and teacher spent two days touring St. Helena Cathedral, the State Wildlife Center, the Carousel, the Montana Historical Society Museum, and the Capitol Building.
