    It has been fifty years since the Malta M-ettes won the 1968 Montana Amateur Athletic Union (AAU) Girls' and Womens' titles. Having won the AAU Girls' title in 1967, their inaugural season, the M-ettes of 68' won their first back to back basketball state titles as high school athletes, despite drastic rule changes in 1968.     The Malta Parks and Recreation Department has presented the City of Malta and neighboring towns with new ways to have fun, stay fit and get active. Within the past several months, the department has introduced a class that not only gets participants in shape but relaxes the mind.     Saco Public Schools tag-teamed with the Missoula Children's Theatre last Thursday, March 22, for a rendition of Alice In Wonderland that could rival many plays throughout the state.
