    The Phillips County Health Department is asking residents to Stay Home, Stay Safe & Save Lives. "As people return from spring break, Montanans who have been traveling internationally should take the proactive step to self-quarantine for 14 days to avoid spreading the virus in their community," Gov.     canceled Each of the four Phillips County school districts have announced that their upcoming elections have been canceled as all county schools continue to deal with COVID-19. Malta Public School District Clerk Jane Knudsen reported that the trustee election, annual mill levy, and building levy election have been canceled.     TC Energy has started work on the Keystone XL pipeline in Phillips County, according to a company spokesperson, and about 100 workers from the Bozeman, Mont., construction firm are in both Phillips and Valley counties.     Montana Fish, Wildlife and Parks and participating landowners will open some Block Management Areas (BMAs) for spring turkey hunting along the Milk River and in one area south of Zortman.
