    The Cal Wearley Memorial featured 28 track teams, and among the 20 class C schools were a trio of Dodson Coyotes and one Whitewater Penguin.     The 2019 Malta Athletic Club Swishfest entertained hundreds of people last weekend, while giving athletes from 4th grade to 10th grade a chance to hone their skills on the basketball court. The event featured 68 teams from around the county and Northeastern Montana.     The Malta M-ettes varsity track team took fifth place at the cold and windy Cal Wearley Memorial last Wednesday, April 3, in Havre. Malta's JV took first place. The M-ettes were short-handed with a few team members out of state, but the team scored 43.66 points, placing them only a few points behind fourth place Chinook, who scored 47.     Though the Dodson Lady Coyotes and Whitewater Lady Penguins have less than a handful of athletes, both teams fared well in the Cal Wearley Memorial last Wednesday in Havre. Whitewater took eighth in the Varsity event with 22 points. Dodson followed taking ninth with a total of 20 points. Dodson’s Christina Jaynes set a new personal best of 35-00.50 on her way to winning the shot put event.
