    Every Malta swimmer present at the 2019 Montana Federation of Swimmers East Divisional Meet in Scobey last Saturday, July 27 through Sunday, July 28, earned a ticket to state. The State Swim Meet is scheduled for Saturday, August 3 through Sunday, August 4, in Sidney. At the East Divisional, ten-year-old Jahmiah Huffman-LaBrie led Malta with 34 points, winning the 50 Meter Backstroke with a time of 43.63.     The 5th Annual Marian Hills Open Golf Tournament is in the books after the two day event saw one of its most successful weekends since the event's history according to Marian Hills Golf Course owner Jane Ereaux.     Once a Mustang, always a Mustang, but next season Andres Lopez, who recently graduated from Malta High School, will be donning blue, white, and gray for the Dickinson State University Blue Hawks Football team in North Dakota.
