    The North Country Mavericks played three competitive sets against Scobey last Saturday evening in Hinsdale, ultimately the team fell in three with the scores being 25-16, 25-21 and 25-20.     With their 65-6 win over the Poplar Indians the Malta Mustangs have their first win streak of the 2016 season. The win put the 2-2 Mustangs at second place behind Wolf Point who is the only District 2B team to win two games in the district. Glasgow currently sits in third place with their own 2-2 record having not played a district opponent yet.     The Malta M-ettes had a rough week as the team saw a tough Chinook team last Tuesday in Malta. The M-ettes lost 3-0 with scores of 25-16, 25-11 and 25-13. The Dickinson Invitational was a rough outing for the M-ettes as the team dropped games to Oak, Grove, Beach and Century in pool play.     The Dodson-Whitewater Harriers had a solid outing at the Glasgow Scotties Invitational at Fort Peck last Saturday. The team had four athletes at the meet and three of those runners posted personal bests.
