On Thursday, January 7, 2021, The Phillips County Health Department reported three new positive cases of COVID-19. Those individuals are isolated and contact tracing has been completed. One thing that I had the chance to do a week ago, was to see a crew taking down a grain elevator along US Highway 2. They took it down because it was falling down and unsafe.
