Malta Driver’s Exam New Schedule

The Malta Driver’s Exam Station has changed the days it will be in Malta. The New days are the first and fourth Wednesday of each month from 10 a.m. to noon and then from 1 p.m. until 3 p.m.

Friends of the Garden

“Friends of the Garden” will be working every Tuesday afternoon at the HG Robinson House and Gardens from 1:30 p.m. until 3 p.m. starting on April 29. Come Join us and get a free hands-on garden lesson.

P.E.O. Salad Luncheon

4-23. Malta P.E.O. Chapter AK-Wednesday, April 23- 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., Little White Church Malta, MT honoring Administrative Assistants’ Day - $7 tickets available from P.E.O. members or at the door.

PhillCo Economic Council

4-24. PhillCo Economic Growth Council announces their annual meeting will be held on April 24, 2014 in the Lodge at the Great Northern Hotel. The meeting will kick off with a no host social at 5:30 p.m. The program will begin at 6:00 p.m. and the business meeting to follow at 6:30 p.m. with election of Officers and Directors. Special recognition will be given to businesses and entrepreneurs and their accomplishments in Phillips County for 2013.

Malta Women’s Club

4-24. Malta Women’s Club Annual Card Marathon will be on Thursday, April 24, at the senior center starting at 7:00 p.m. Refreshments will be served. Come enjoy the evening of fun.

Dodson Spring Program/

Talent Show

4-24. On Thursday, April 24, The Dodson Schools Spring Program/Talent show will be in the gym starting at 6 p.m.

Irrigation Office Closed at Noon this Friday

Dodson Kindergarten Roundup

4-25. The Dodson Schools will be hosting a pre-school screening on Friday, April 25. From 7:30 a.m. until 12:20 p.m., Ms. KillEagle will be hosting the Kindergarten Roundup. For more information please call 674-5417.

Retirement Party

4-26. Malta Public School invites you to a Retirement Party Saturday, April 26, from 2 to 4 p.m. at the Malta High School Cafeteria. Staff retiring are Mrs. Joy Bebee, Ms. Kathie Cary, Mrs. Mardy Demarais, Mr. Kent Gordon, Mrs. Darlene Kolczak, Mr. Terry Lindgren, Mrs. Barb Otteson, Mr. Steve Schumacher and Mr. Vic Schumacher and Mr. Andy Otteson.

Cleanup Day

5-1. Chamber Cleanup Day, 4:00 p.m. Please meet at Front Street Park. If you see an area that needs attention this year, please call Juli at the Chamber at 654-1776.

Benefit for Linda Berg

5-1. There will be benefit potluck/silent auction for Linda to help defray medical costs associated with her cancer treatments. Please join us Sunday, May 4 at 1:30 p.m. in the old gym at Whitewater School. The main dish is provided so please bring either a salad or dessert. A free will offering will be accepted. Please leave your donation for the silent auction with Gail Wilcott at the Whitewater School or call her (674-5544) to arrange a pick-up of your item. Thank you for your generosity.

Saco Kindergarten Roundup
