Friends of the Garden

“Friends of the Garden” will be working every Tuesday afternoon at the HG Robinson House and Gardens from 1:30 p.m. until 3 p.m. starting on April 29. Come Join us and get a free hands-on garden lesson.

Malta City Office

5-5-9. The Malta city office will be closed from noon to 1 p.m. Monday, May 5th through Friday, May 9th due to lack of staff. Thank you.

Malta Bow Hunter Education

5-9. Bowhunter Education will be held from May 5-9 in Malta. Please register online at http://www.fwp.mt.gov under “For Educators and Students”.

PC Livestock Association

5-9. The Phillips County Livestock Association will hold their Spring Meeting on Friday, May 9th at the First State Bank meeting room beginning at 2:00 pm. Please take time to attend this meeting and learn about items that directly impact our businesses.

Hi-Line Wool

5-10. The Hi-Line Wool Pool will be collecting wool on May 10, 2014 from 7:00 a.m. to 11:30

a.m. at the Malta City Shop, located south of Malta. All new producers are welcome.

Malta Dirt Daubers Annual Potluck Dinner

5-12. Malta Dirt Daubers will hold their annual potluck dinner and plant and bulb sale on Monday, May 12 at 5:30 p.m. at the home of Toni Ziegler, 223 Ruby Ave in Hillcrest. Public welcome. Great choice and great buys on plants and bulbs. Join the fun!

NEM Retired Educators

5-12. The Northeast Montana Retired Educators/Teachers will meet at the Cottonwood in Glasgow Monday, May 12 at noon. All retired educators and their spouses are invited to attend. Don’t forget to bring your jar of peanut butter for the food bank.

P.C. Historical Society

Meeting

5-12. The Phillips County Historical Society regular May meeting is scheduled for Monday, May 12, at 7 p.m. at the Phillips County Museum. Please note the time and date change! Everyone welcome.

5-13. The Malta Chamber Membership Meeting will be on Tuesday, May 13, at noon at Westside Restaurant.

PC Conservation District

5-13. The Phillips Conservation District Meeting will be on Tuesday, May 13 at 1:00 p.m. at the USDA Office.

Veteran Affairs in Malta
