Friends of the Garden

“Friends of the Garden” will be working every Tuesday afternoon at the HG Robinson House and Gardens from 1:30 p.m. until 3 p.m.. Come join us and get a free hands-on garden lesson.

Malta Landfill Closed

5-24,25,26. The Malta Landfill will be closed Saturday, Sunday and Monday for Memorial Day week-end. Regular hours will resume on Tuesday, May 27.

Malta Memorial Day Parade

5-26. The Malta Memorial Day Parade will be on Monday, May 26 at 1 p.m.

City of Malta Offices Closed

5-26. The City of Malta office, shop and landfill will be closed Monday, May 26th in observance of Memorial Day. Garbage pick-up will be delayed.

Malta Trails Clean-up

5-29. On Thursday, May 29, the Malta Trails Trafton Park Clean-up. Meet at 7 p.m. with gloves, garbage bags and nippers.

Phillips County Library Hours

5-24-26. The Phillips County Library will be Closed, Saturday, May 24 through Monday, May 26, for the Memorial Day Holiday.

The Phillips County Library is now on Summer Hours. It will not be open on Saturdays until September. All other hours will stay the same.

Malta Irrigation Office

5-26,27. The Malta Irrigation District office will be closed May 26 and May 27, 2014. Office will reopen May 28 at 8:00 a.m. Questions please call (406) 654-1440.

Piano Recital

5-27. Students of Janice Roberts will present their piano recital on Tuesday, May 27 at 7 p.m. at the Malta High School auditorium. Please come and enjoy solos and duets in a variety of styles, including: classical, folk, contemporary, Gospel, and show tunes.

The young musicians are: Kaycee Bond, Emilie Carrillo, McKayla Foster, Brylee French, Aidan Kaasa, Kirsta Meisdalen, Addison Ulrich, Sierra White.

Mustang Basketball Camp

6-2. The Mustang Basketball Camp will start on June 2 and run through June 4. For more information, contact Lori Carney at 390-5619 or DoDee Oxarart at 654-7204.

Annual Gospel Jamboree

6.-26. The 13th Annual Gospel Jamboree will be held at Malta High School on June 27, 28 and 29.
