"It Pays to Read at Malta Elementary School"

Malta Elementary School held its Accelerated Reading awards assembly recently and 122 students earned the right to spin the wheel or play Plinko for prizes.

Prizes are donated from Malta businesses including: Dairy Queen, Westside Food Court, Little Ott's, Valley Drug, Stretches, Albertson's and Joes In & Out.

Most improved readers and top point earners at each grade level received "dino dollars" which are donated by the First State Bank, First Security Bank and Independence Bank all of Malta.
