Headline: Starr’s Photography top in state

A photograph by PC News Editor Curtis Starr depicting a bull rider being thrown earned him top honors in Montana in the Weekly Newspaper Division II Sports photography competition.

“Good timing. You can feel the pain of the rider,” was the comment of Judge Randy Stotler, an award winning photographer from the Lawton Constitution in Oklahoma.
