September 5, 14

10:35 p.m. 911 received requesting assistance for a broke down vehicle on Hwy 191 south of Malta; information passed onto local rotational wrecker services.

10:38 p.m. Deputy assisted a local MHP Trooper with a traffic stop.

10:44 p.m. 911 received requesting assistance with a possible assault at a residence on 9th St East; Deputy and local MHP Trooper responded to the location; case file started.

11:10 p.m. Deputy transported one adult male, Michael Soul, to PCSO to be incarcerated on Partner/Family Member Assault charges.

September 6, 14

12:34 a.m. Male reported a loud vehicle near Short Oil road; Deputy responded to the call; strong smell of burnt rubber and tracks located, no vehicle to be found.

12:15 p.m. Female reported a business was open and should be locked up for the day; Deputy responded to the location and locked the building; all found to be okay.

12:42 p.m. Female reported a found bicycle was at her residence near Cedarview.

4:35 p.m. Male reported a small grass fire in a pit and was under control, west of Dodson; fire was self-ignited.

4:55 p.m. Deputy assisted local MHP Trooper with a traffic stop; Border Patrol Agents later responded to the location; vehicle seized as evidence for MHP.

5:06 p.m. Female reported a horse-drawn wagon holding up traffic; Deputy responded to the call; wagon not located.

September 7, 14

12:46 a.m. Deputy performed a traffic stop which led to one adult male, Mark Hernandez, being transported to PCSO to be incarcerated on a California Probation Warrant; case file started.

7:05 a.m. Female, J’dyn Walkup, incarcerated into PCSO to serve time on sentencing.

8:48 a.m. Local Ambulance reported to the Milk River Pavilion for the High School Rodeo.

3:39 p.m. Female reported individuals cutting trees in Trafton Park; Deputy

responded to the location; all found to be okay, individuals had permission from the City to use wood for firewood.

6:47 p.m. Male reported “someone keeps going into” a family member’s house; Deputy handled the call.

8:11 p.m. Deputy and Matron transported one adult female, Pamela Kapp, from Valley Co Detention Center to PCSO for District Court appearance on Monday.

9:08 p.m. Local business reported an individual, at the business, had hit an antelope and wanted law enforcement assistance; Deputy responded to the location; white form issued.

9:31 p.m. Male filed a verbal complaint regarding a vehicle speeding in the downtown area; Deputy responded to the call; vehicle located and citation issued.

10:32 p.m. PC Hospital requested an ambulance for a ground transport to Great Falls; local EMT Crew responded to the call.

September 8, 14

3:06 a.m. 911 received reporting a disabled vehicle near the Bear Gulch turnoff on

Hwy 191 south; occupants didn’t appear to need assistance, caller just wanted PCSO to be aware; information passed onto Deputy.

9:48 a.m. Malta City employee reported damage to a bathroom at the Riverview Park; Undersheriff responded to the call; case file started.

10:41 a.m. Female, Pamela Kapp, released from PCSO Jail on own recognizance.

10:50 a.m. Female requested an ambulance for a possible stroke at a local residence; local EMT Crew responded to the call; patient transported to the hospital.

11:29amMale, Michael Soul, released from PCSO Jail on time served.

11:59am911 received reporting an erratic vehicle on Hwy 2, westbound from the Saco area; Undersheriff and Reserve Deputy responded to the call; vehicle located and citation issued.

5:25 p.m. Deputy transported one adult male, Mark Hernandez, to Valley Co Detention to serve time until a California Probation Officer took custody of him.

6:45 p.m. Lake Wind Advisory in effect until noon Tuesday.

10:25 p.m. Deputy reported a suspicious person near a local convenience store and bar; all found to be okay.

10:44 p.m. Deputy assisted a citizen near a local convenience store.

10:48 p.m. Female requested extra patrol around a local tavern; Deputies responded to the location, did a walk-thru of the location; all found to be okay.

11:29 p.m. Male requested law enforcement assistance with a situation involving his wife; Deputy handled the call.

September 9, 14

2:12 a.m. Deputy closed the doors on a shed at the golf course.

2:16 a.m. Deputy performed security checks on several businesses in the Malta area.

3:25 a.m. Lake Wind Advisory in effect until 3 p.m. today.

7:27 a.m. International Emergency Response Coordination Center received a 911 activation from a satellite phone in the Missouri River Breaks; information passed onto CMR Officer; IERCC later reported it was an accidental activation and all was okay.

1:52 p.m. Male, Shawn Wright, released from PCSO Jail on time served.

2:03 p.m. 911 received requesting assistance at a residence in Saco; Undersheriff, Deputy and Saco EMT responded to the call; situation taken care of without further incident.

2:16 p.m. Lake Wind Advisory now in effect until midnight.

3:49 p.m. 911 received reporting erratic vehicles on Hwy 2, eastbound, in Valley Co; call transferred to Valley Co SO.

8:21 p.m. Lake Wind Advisory is canceled.

8:55 p.m. Female reported hitting a deer on Hwy 191 north, near Mitch Hill; vehicle was damaged but drivable; Deputy responded to the call; white form issued.

September 10, 14

3:29 a.m. Winter Weather Advisory in effect until 4 a.m. Thursday for southwest Phillips, to include the Zortman area.

1:35 p.m. Individual reported a possible assault; Sheriff responded to the call; case file started.

2:29 p.m. Winter Weather Advisory in effect until 4 a.m. Thursday for the Zortman area.

4:35 p.m. Male reported theft of property; property had been returned but caller wanted to know who took it and then returned it; Deputy handled the call.

7:25 p.m. Valley Co SO requested assistance with locating a vehicle, possibly

enroute to Saco, with a set of keys taken from a female in St Marie; information passed onto Deputy; VCSO later reported vehicle had been located in Valley Co.

7:27 p.m. Female requested assistance with getting property back from another individual; Deputy handled the call.

9:47 p.m. Undersheriff stopped a BNSF vehicle and advised the driver his railroad wheels were down.

11:55 p.m. Deputy performed security checks on businesses and buildings in the Saco and Malta areas.

September 11, 14

3:31 a.m. Winter Weather Advisory is canceled for the Zortman area.

7:49 a.m. Female requested assistance with another female who had entered the caller’s house the day before; Undersheriff handled the call.

3:49 p.m. 911 received reporting a vehicle driving in excess of the speed limit on

Hwy 2, eastbound from the Wagner area; Undersheriff responded to the call; vehicle located and cited for Reckless Driving.

7:21 p.m. 911 received reporting a haystack fire, just east of Malta off of Meadow Court Rd; Deputy and local Fire Dept responded to the call; fire later controlled and monitored.

9:32 p.m. Female reported a dead cow on Hwy 2, in Valley Co; information passed onto Valley Co SO.

9:45 p.m. 911 received reporting a non-injury vehicle/deer accident on Hwy 2, west of Malta; Deputy and local MHP Trooper responded to the call; MHP handled the crash.

11:29 p.m. PC Hospital requested an ambulance for a flight crew pickup from the airport, transport to the hospital and back to the airport with their patient; local EMT Crew handled the call.

September 12, 14

12:02 a.m. Deputy reported a flare up in the haystack fire; local Fire Dept responded to the location; fire later extinguished.

5:10 a.m. Male requested assistance with a death notification for family in Rosebud Co; information passed onto Rosebud Co SO.

7:37 a.m. Male reported a fender/bender near the PC Hospital; Deputy responded

to the location; case file started.

8:03 a.m. Female reported receiving unwanted messages from a male she did not know; Deputy responded to the call; case file started.

9:40 a.m. Male requested law enforcement assistance with a situation involving

property sold to another individual; Deputy handled the call.

12:18 p.m. Malta Grade School employee reported a dog running loose on the playground; ACO handled the call.

1:37 p.m. Local Ambulance and Fire Dept reported to MHS for the Homecoming Parade.

2:00 p.m. Deputies and Border Patrol Agents reported to MHS for the Homecoming Parade and to assist with traffic control.

4:23 p.m. Lifeline requested assistance at a local residence for unresponsive alarm; Deputy responded to the location; all found to be okay, child had accidentally pushed the button.

4:27 p.m. Deputy received a report of a missing dog.

4:48 p.m. 911 received reporting a one vehicle rollover, off Hwy 191 north; no injuries to the occupants; Deputies and local MHP Trooper responded to the call; case file started.

5:10 p.m. Male reported vandalism to property in the Saco area; Deputy responded to the call; case file started.

6:40 p.m. Local Ambulance reported to the football field for the Homecoming game vs. Roundup.

7:49 p.m. Female reported two vehicles “having a tug of war” near a residence on 6th Ave west; Deputy responded to the call; vehicles not located.

8:31 p.m. Malta School employee requested law enforcement assistance with a situation involving juveniles at the football field; Deputy handled the call.

9:27 p.m. 911 received reporting damage to a vehicle window; Deputy responded to the call; case file started.
