Santa will be visiting the Hi-Line Retirement Center on Thursday, December 18, and he has requested some assistance from the kind folks of Phillips County.
Each year since 2006, Santa has been coming to the retirement center to bring Christmas cheer and a bag full of goodies for the center's residents and staff's children. Each year the center's residents jot down a few things they would like to receive for Christmas on the backside of paper ornaments that are designed by local children and placed upon the Christmas Tree that is a part of the decorations in the retirement center's dayroom....
