Headline: Notice to Property Owners
In accordance with Ordinance No. 17 of the town of Malta which provides that all property owners must keep the sidewalks adjoining their property free from snow and ice. The town marshal has received instructions to enforce the ordinance and property owners will please comply with the same. The ordinance also provides a penalty of a fine of $5 to $50 for its violation.
